   I have an mp3 player, not an ipod. There are no instructions for loading mp3’s onto non ipod players. Will mp3 players sync up to itunes?? -Ed-

   You can load MP3 onto a MP3 player by using Windows Media with the Sync tab. I do this now with my free science fiction adventure podcast at Podiobooks called Floresgirl: The Children God Forgot and so do most of the listeners at Podiobooks.com. We also use iTunes as well to distribute the podcast.

   Now, my question is the following, how can I load my mp3 with the audiobooks from iTunes? I can listen to then on my PC, but I’d like to listen to them while doing other activities.

    to the guy with the mp3 query, an mp3 file plays on any mp3 player, not only ipods which use itunes, download the mp3 ones and u should be fine, if you want to get an itunes to you mp3 there was something on it in pc magazine this month (november) i’ve forgoteen, sorry

    It should be easy to get a mp3 from Itunes to your player that doesn’t sync. Go ahead and use itunes to store and when you want to transfer a song or book, just right click to find the location of the file, or choose file menu and export to a folder. When you find the file, you don’t want to move it out of the folder, you just want to copy it to your player, OR export a copy to a folder that you can transfer later.

    Preface this with, I have an iPod and a Mac, but as long as an MP3 player shows up as another drive, you should be able to use the same commands that iTunes has on a Mac. Good luck, and get a MAC. No virus, no spyware, no problems.
